Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled will not be refunded. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice you will not be eligible for a refund. Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event we need to cancel your appointment, you will receive the option to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund (if prepaid).
